About Us

Atrium Research & Consulting LLC is a scientific market research and consulting practice that provides the insight and education organizations require to cultivate successful strategies and solutions. Our mission is to provide best-in-class educational products and services through balanced and unbiased information of the highest quality. Founded in 2003, our expanding list of clients includes biopharmaceutical, industrial, and government research and development organizations.

Organizations need facts, strategy, and planning to effectively implement technology solutions. Companies who achieve the highest return on their system investment are those who develop a clear vision and strategy based on shared needs. These best practice organizations analyze and simplify processes, develop cross-functional requirements and use cases, and diligently research all available solutions. Change management, communication, governance, planning, and measurement processes are in place before they select a vendor solution and move down a path to implementation. Atrium Research assists our partners establish the proper foundation for informatics success from small biotechnology companies through to the largest multi-national.

Our company was formed due to the lack of independent and quality information available to technology users. Large consulting and market research firms often deploy temporary staff who look at scientific informatics for a short time. They often do not have the required experience or knowledge of systems and real-life use. These firms are often biased in their viewpoints, offering awards and recommendations to the highest bidder. Atrium Research dedicates itself to one market only and does not dilute its time or energy by producing thin reports on multiple market segments. We do not give awards or general product recommendations. Only through an analysis of your own environment can a product be selected that is right for you.

We provide services to clients in North America, Europe and Japan. Our customers are in the life sciences, food, consumer product, chemical, instrument and software technology markets.
